The space of Restoran Sin Lok Zin is quite wide; customer can have their dining at a comfortable surrounding. The boss, Mr. Low learnt his cooking skill in Singapore but he knew that if he wants to success, then he needed to own a shop by himself. With his nearly 26 year’s experience, he finally managed to realize his dream.
The self-made bean curd is a signature dish in the restaurant. With the special Thai sauce, you will taste the sweet and sour, with additional the original taste of the bean curd itself. Kitchen will fry the self-made bean curd once customer place order so that the bean curd is crispy and fresh. The bean curd is making daily to ensure it freshness.
Then, the next dish is Prawn with Golden Sands, thought it is prawn with garlic, but once I try it, I can taste the smell of cracker and sea weed. This dish is not grease at all. It’s is so special compare to other restaurant. Well, it’s another creation of the boss.
Another unique dishes, this is usual vegetable called ‘shu zai cai’ that we often eat with Pan Mee, but here, the boss fry it with egg. They use soft heat to cook the vegetable so that the fiber can be softened. When you eat this dish, you can totally differentiate it with the Pan Mee’s vegetable.
Also an interesting dish, the Rouge ribs, boss say that because ribs with the color red is seen like the color of the lips. Well, this absolutely is not the artificial coloring, so no worries! The ribs are nice for its honey sweet taste, balancing with the sour taste. For the ribs lovers, this is a must-try dish.

新乐园海鲜楼地方宽阔,加上楼上的冷气室,比别的餐馆更为舒适!从老板罗先生在新加坡学厨到现在已经有26年了,他的厨艺可说是经验累集回来的。他凭着他出色的厨艺,所以胆粗粗的回来大马设店,于是新乐园一开就是15年。
招牌豆腐的精髓在于自制的豆腐,客人下单后厨房才把豆腐下锅炸,保证新鲜!香脆可口的招牌豆腐配上老板秘密调制的泰式酱更是一绝,尝一口沾了酱料的豆腐,先是一点甜甜酸酸的味道,随之而来的还有豆腐本身的清香,夹着独特的西芹的味道。
再来就是金沙火局虾,咋听之下以为是那些蒜头虾,随处可见。谁知一吃,才知原来此金沙非彼金沙,大虾炸得连壳也酥了,嫌扒壳麻烦的人大可以直接吃。大虾夹带苏打饼的麦香,紫菜的清香,当然最重要的是它根本不油腻,口感不错!
还有一样独特的菜,就是平常吃板面常见的树仔菜,不过说到餐馆菜式,实为罕见!这里的树仔菜炒蛋其实是老板一个新的构思,此菜一定要以文火炒之,以软化纤维,所以吃进口的树仔菜炒蛋是很嫩滑的。
还有一道有趣的菜就是胭脂排骨,老板说因为排骨的颜色带红,看起来有点像嘴唇抹上胭脂而命名。相当然尔,并不是很吓人的红色,是一种很自然带点暗红的颜色,大家可以放心不是添加色素!这里的排骨做得很出色,味道平衡而且蜜味十足。喜欢甜酸排骨的人更要一试!
