Mr. Ng couples initially do their business at a little stall on the roadside. In order to commemorate their days of working so hard in the stall, they decide to name the new restaurant ‘Siu Siu’ which meant little or small in Chinese.

The famous Claypot Crab Rice is well known by the customers as this is the most ordered cuisine by the customers. The chef put the crab into the claypot and cooks. A while more, the mouth watering Claypot Crab Rice is finally done. It have some secret recipe of it, making you can’t find this taste in outside.

The boss has his own style of cooking which manage to attract the customers to return to them once the customers tried out their food. These looking familiar cuisines which other place and other restaurant also have, is a bit different in here. With its unique taste, it makes Restaurant Siu Siu being the choice of the customers for dining. Their famous Pork Knuckle with Thai Sauce, Spare Ribs with Wine, Crab with Salted Egg Yolks and their steamed wild river fishes hold the customers’ appetite as the taste is giving a full satisfaction. She pointed out that the majority of the wild river fish supply is from Pahang, including the “Patin”, “Keroh”, “Sultan” and others. As these fishes are wild and hardly found in the market, so the cost will be higher than the ordinary farm-feed fish.

Restaurant Siu Siu interior design is using the nature and original decorating style. With the forest-like surrounding, it’s likely the restaurant in the jungle. Their lobby placed large fish tanks which insisted a variety of fishes. This can keep the freshness of the fish. Besides, looking the fish swimming, it’s a kind of enjoyment too.
