The Zun Express 尊厨靓汤

Eu Yan Sang is a name that well known and famous among Malaysian, for its herbs. When talking about the Eu Yan Sang, people will straight forward imagine about and thinking about the herbs. Some older generation choose Eu Yan Sang as their first choice if they wanted to buy Chinese herbs. Now Eu Yan Sang opened a new shop in The Gardens Mid Valley, to sells the Chinese herbs soup. They are specialised on that, and using the high quality of own products. The name of the restaurant is The Zun Express. Yet, many people cannot recall the name of the restaurant itself and carry on to call it as Eu Yan Sang.

The date when the interview is conduct, there are many diners inside the restaurant. To be in sight was the situation where diners are concentrated on their foods. Here also served noodles, rice, and other food insists of soup. So, diners and dine in while they are having their soup at the restaurant. No wonder even the lunch hour is gone, but it still have a lot of people sitting in, and enjoying their food. Seems like the soup is quite famous among the public, especially the working adults, where they are busy of working and lack of time for cook, and cook soup, too.

Moreover, the shop beside The Zun Express is the retail shop of Eu Yan Sang, it ease diners when they wanted to cook the soup as they having in the restaurant before. They can always go to the shop next to the restaurant and choose the ingredients that they like and it is usually packed in one pack. The quality of the Chinese herbs is qualified so that the customers would not worry about the safety of food.

Not only foods, the desserts such as the 'Gui Ling Gao' and Mango Pudding is the hot items in the restaurant, and famous among the diners. Their beverages using own products also, like the apple vinegar, honey and other healthy drinks. For those who have requirement towards foods, maybe they can find what they want here.

余仁生无人不晓吧？说到余仁生这个名字，大家就会自然而然地想起药材，甚至老一辈的更是说到有品质的药材，肯定非余仁生是首选不可。而余仁生也在The Gardens Mid Valley 开设了一家汤品店，专卖补汤，当然用的肯定是自家优质的药材，那就是尊厨靓汤了。可是还是有很多人忽略了原本的店名，都习惯称为余仁生。

采访当日，只见门庭若市，顾客们正细心品尝食物，另外顺带一提，这里除了有汤品供应外，还有面食、饭类供选择，让客人在喝汤之余，也可以填饱肚子。难怪虽然午餐时间已过，可是还是座无虚席。看来炖汤补品也蛮受广大市民欢迎。尤其是现代人，大家几乎都忙着做工，那有时间去洗手作羹汤，更不用说熬汤了。

再说，尊厨靓汤隔壁就是余仁生药材专卖店了，方便顾客喝了汤以后，想回家炮制一模一样的汤品，那就可以到隔壁去购买所需的汤包，省时又方便。而且余仁生的药材向来是信心的保证，大可以买得安心，吃得放心！

除了食物，甜品则属龟苓膏吉芒果布丁最受欢迎，是店内的人气商品之一。而饮品类也是一样用自家产品，如苹果醋、龙眼蜜等健康的饮品。对于食物有要求的朋友，也许他们可以在这里找到他们所要的。不难，就是简简单单，健健康康而又美味的食物。

	Dried Scallop Lean Meat Herbal Soup, it helps nourishes the spleen and improves appetite. 干贝淮山瘦肉汤，滋润开胃而且火候十足，是炖汤补品类的代表。
	Revitalising Herbal Chicken Soup, it improves the ‘Qi’ and mental concentration. 元神健脾鸡汤，此汤品适合补中盖气，是提神的佳品。
	Bee Hon (Vermicelli) with Fish Sauce, it is more light as the sauce using is just nice and not too oily. 鱼露米粉，此乃他们的招牌菜之一，店里热卖，主要是清淡的米粉让人感觉不会油腻。
	Fried Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf, the function of the leaves is not only to wrap, but also increase the aroma of lotus leaves into the rice. 荷香扣饭，荷叶的作用不只包裹那么简单，荷香渗入饭内，更添一份清香。
	Signature Hokkien Mee, the noodle is cooked to al dente, and this is the quality Hokkien Mee. 招牌福建面，面条爽口，酱汁味道浓厚，不失为一碟好吃又有水准的福建面。
	Braised Yee Fu Noodle in Abalone Sauce, the taste is just nice and the abalone sauce is awesome. 鲍鱼汁焖伊面，味道浓淡适宜，尤其鲍鱼汁更是鲜美。
	American Ginseng Tea, the own product, the taste is bitter but it is great. 美国花旗参茶，味道甘甘的，却满讨人喜欢。
	Honey and Apple Vinegar Drink, the taste is sweet and sour, and the product is from own. 健康蜂蜜苹果醋，自家产品，信心的保证，味道酸酸甜甜地很解渴。
	The Mango Puddings, the not-too-sweet desserts yet fruity taste. 香芒布丁，入口香滑，而且啖啖芒果肉，消暑良品。
	The Healthy food, such as ‘Gui Ling Gao’, it is nutritious and healthy also. 滋补龟苓膏，降火气最适合了，就算没有病也可当健康食品。
